The customization period for products is 2-4 weeks for delivery. Please note that orders will go out in the order they are received. We reserve the right to change the lead times at any point and without notification. We will do our absolute best to meet the given lead times, however unforeseen circumstances to arise which cannot be predicted. International Shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders, using FedEx or USPS.

Luck Company., Ltd is not responsible for any additional import taxes and fees on international shipments. It is the buyers responsibility to arrange any payments due upon receipt of a shipment.
Please note that delivery times for international shipments cannot be guaranteed.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
We ask customers to provide delivery addresses carefully. Given the nature of the products, we do not accept address changes after checkout.
Please note, we only deliver to residential and business addresses, and cannot ship to PO Box addresses, APO, or FPO addresses. If the issue of shipping is due to a wrong address provided by Luck, we will either issue a new order or refund the customer.
Signatures
If your package requires a signature, it will only be delivered if someone is available to receive it. If no one is available, it will be returned to the post office for collection. This also applies to packages that do not require a signature unless you have specified a safe place with your postal service. If you are unlikely to be available to sign for a package, we recommend using an address where someone will be present, such as your workplace or a friend or neighbor's address.
If your item does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will do our best to trace the package and resolve the issue promptly.
