Shipping Updates

For significant delays due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we’ll keep you informed via email.

Unlimited Previews and Revisions:Once your pet portrait is complete, we'll immediately send you at least three different previews. You can make any necessary changes, or even request a complete re-do, until you're completely satisfied. Only once you're satisfied with the final result, will we proceed with the hand-painting.

Free Replacement in Case of Defects: If you discover any printing defects or your portrait is damaged upon receipt, we will replace it free of charge at no additional cost.

Post-Purchase Satisfaction: If for any reason you're not satisfied with your portrait after receiving it, and it no longer satisfies you, you can request a replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll create a new portrait from scratch, no questions asked. The only cost to you is shipping the new portrait to your home (approximately 20% of the total purchase price).
